Calling all LGBTQ+ folks! Explore your practice in a space that is Queer/Trans centered. We will build a foundation of breath and gentle embodiment, with opportunities to find flow, balance, ease and community. Feel free to show up in Friday night glam, or cozy pajamas. :)

Relax & Renew (monthly)
with Sweta | Last Sunday of every month, 7p
A slow-paced, nurturing yoga class designed to restore your body, calm your mind, and renew your spirit. The class combines gentle restorative yoga postures, supported by props, with mindful breathwork to activate your parasympathetic nervous system and ease physical and mental tension. Ideal for those seeking rest, recovery, or a gentle way to unwind.

This class offers the option of practicing on a mat, or a chair. We will move, stretch, and breathe with intention.

“LATE night” Vinyasa (heated) *new time*
with Talene | Tues 7:30p
Release your day with this fun vinyasa practice. Opportunities to try new things will be offered to practitioners of all levels. Everything is optional. Come breathe and move in community.

No Sweat Reset (unheated) *last call*
with Joya | Thursdays 12p
This is a 45min yoga practice that is ideal for a lunch break. Step away from your desk and stretch your back, shoulders and neck. Through movement and breath, you will reset your body and mind– better than an afternoon Dunkin’ run!
