BARRE: Our Barre class is a celebration of you! In class, you will strengthen and lengthen your muscles, with an emphasis on arms, abs, glutes and legs using small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition. The class also focuses on building strength in the upper body and core, all important for a happy and healthy back. You will leave feeling taller and stronger.
CHAIR YOGA: Get ready to breathe, move and stretch! Our chair class is a great option for all bodies, abilities and ages, including people with injuries, seniors, or anyone who needs a little extra support. This gentle yet energizing class will leaving you feeling strong and balanced. Bring a chair and join this friendly community of Chair Yogis!
FLOW 2 SLOW: Vinyasa Flow followed by restorative poses and guided meditation.
GENTLE FLOW: This class offers a creative combination of functional movement, yoga postures and mindfulness to encourage a slower, sustainable practice for students of all levels. Together, let's re-energize, rest, and reset! This is a great class for folx who want to experience the benefits of yoga, without the intensity of a vinyasa practice.
INTERMEDIATE VINYASA: This is a great class for anyone who is looking to get out of their yoga comfort zone, learn something new, and rediscover the beginner's mind. Class is a vinyasa flow, sprinkled with extra physical and mental challenges, such as binds, balances and a longer meditation period. Arrive with an open mind and get ready to play!
NO SWEAT RESET: This 30 min class is wonderful for anyone who needs a break from work, doesn’t want to change, shower, etc, but still wants to move and take a break. With special attention to the neck, shoulders, wrists and back, NO SWEAT RESET is better than an afternoon cup of coffee!
RELAX & RENEW: Prepare for passive poses and a plethora of peace!
WE attain our goals of release, recovery, relaxation, surrender, and greater flexibility.
WE urge our busy minds to begin to grow quiet, through meditative poses.
WE shift our nervous system out of fight or flight mode and into tranquility mode with restful postures.
WE allow our Digestive and Immune systems to turn on using gentle twists.
WE awaken our body's natural healing process by easing physical stress using props.

SOUL SHINE Vinyasa Flow: Sunday morning yoga for the spirit. This all levels vinyasa flow is 60 minutes of pure Joy. Get ready to flow and glow.
STRONG Nation™ : Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.
Wild Ember's STRONG Nation™ class packs a total-body workout into 30 minutes. Please arrive on time, as this class is a high intensity workout packed in a short amount of time. It is important that you do not miss the warm up! This class is listed as a 45min class, so there is a short buffer at the beginning and end of class for communicating with the instructor.
SWEAT & SMILE: Yoga/HIIT: Think Power Yoga, PLUS. This yoga and HIIT fusion workout packs a punch
with cardio circuits and fun yoga poses. Weights will be offered as an option, but not required.
VINYASA FLOW: Vinyasa yoga weaves together yoga postures into a flow that is powerful, fun and healing. Teachers provide modifications and challenges, and guide yogis through practice with heart and intention.
YOGIS OF COLOR VINYASA: Come practice in the company of other BIPOC Folx! This Vinyasa Flow class is a celebration of community, empowerment and self love. PLEASE NOTE: This is a space for People of Color to join in community to practice yoga together, please be mindful about honoring this space.
KIDS CLASSES
MINDFUL KIDS YOGA: A unique yoga class for kids ages 4-10. Classes include breath practice, meditation,
yoga poses, sound therapy, songs, games and crafts. Each class has a theme such as self love, gratitude and kindness. As an online class, Susan takes extra care to facilitate a sense of community, engagement and FUN with the kids.
