Back to school (for students, parents, teachers, and those who love them) can be an exciting time. Regardless of whether you are going back to school or not, change is in the air.
Change can send us into overwhelm, avoidance, anxiousness, resistance and more. Yoga is wonderful for regulating your emotions and nervous system. Whether you choose a more restful class, or a more vigorous one, the important thing is that you take the time to show up for yourself -- getting in your body, and connecting with breath.
NOW is a fantastic time to get into healthful, supportive routines that will carry you into the new year. You can do this!
