Join us at Elisa's place at 8am for a 60min flow outside with Bridget Barrett-Parker.

• Class is limited to 10 people, so register early!
• Registration closes at 8pm the evening before class.

• Please arrive a few minutes early, class will begin promptly.
• Bring your own mat, props, and water.
• Masks will be worn until everyone is on their mat. Be sure to place your mat at least 6 feet away from other yogis. Masks will be put back on after practice.
Drop in price for our outdoor classes is $20. Please consider joining as a member! Our monthly membership is $96 month. Membership has tons of perks including unlimited online and outdoor classes, 1 kids or teen class/week, and full access to our on demand library!
